At Barks & Cuddles Boutique, your satisfaction matters to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we make returns simple and straightforward. Please review the details below.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing info@barksandcuddlesboutique.com with your order number.
- After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellation, as your order may already be in process.
- Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — but you're welcome to return it after delivery under the policy below.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund.
Items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories
Restocking fee: None — we never charge a restocking fee.
Non-returnable items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products are not eligible for return. These are clearly marked as "non-returnable" on their product pages.
Who Pays for Return Shipping
Free returns — no cost to you if the item is:
- Incorrect
- Damaged by the carrier
- Defective
Customer-paid returns — you're responsible for return shipping costs if:
- You ordered the wrong item
- The item doesn't fit
- You simply changed your mind
Original shipping charges are non-refundable in change-of-mind cases.
How to Return an Item
- Contact us at info@barksandcuddlesboutique.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Repack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
- Ship it back using the carrier and instructions provided in your return authorization email.
Refund Process
- Inspection: Once we receive your return, we check that it meets the return criteria above.
- Processing time: Approved refunds are initiated within 7 business days of approval, issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds.
Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or product? Email info@barksandcuddlesboutique.com and we'll help arrange a quick exchange.
Late or Missing Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, email info@barksandcuddlesboutique.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we'll issue a full refund or send a free replacement — your choice.
